I got to enjoy the beauty of Mexico, it wouldn’t be right if I did not share with you.
The country is full of bright colored buildings, beautiful murals, and vibrant green grass. I tried to capture as much as I could, but there is nothing like seeing it for yourself!

On top of a pyramid, and yes I climbed all the way up despite being a little afraid of heights. But, it was all good, going down was the scary part. And not to mention our tour guide told us someone had recently died from falling off, RIGHT BEFORE WE STARTED CLIMBING. We still went up though.

Who knows what I was saying? But, I might have been signing something, while in Mexico I practiced Mexican sign language.

Mi Colombiano favorito (My favorite Columbian)

This is a church! But it looks so much like a Disney castle. (One of my favorite shots I took!)

Some of the students I worked with during my trip. They are now my good friends!

This shot is pretty sweet too.

While shopping in a huge marketplace, my friends and I found this mask wall. We were surprised to see how many black face mask they hung.

Bull fighting is 100% real! I didn’t get to witness one in action, however, I did get to check out a bull ring where fights (and weddings) are held.

Here I am soaking up all the good sun during my impromptu photo shoot.

Our buses pulled over on the side of a freeway and we got this nice picture with a beautiful view!

LIFE imitates ART imitates LIFE.
At our visit to Palacio de Bellas Artes, Mexico City. Such a gorgeous place to view arts. We were able to see the Picasso and Rivera exhibit.

Clubbing in Mexico was a must! The music was so fun and they played both English and Spanish songs. Funny story: When a few clubs around our area were not getting enough service and my friend group came; they would use us as a promotion to get people in. We were used, didn’t get paid a dime!

I got real close and personal with this butterfly.

Another student!

Cacti…correct?

Street art was honestly my favorite thing about each city in Mexico. Each area had its own art with its own story behind it. We walked and drove by this work every day.

While driving in Mexico City, there was this gigantic Transformer figure. Initially, I wasn’t going to take a picture but I knew how much my baby siblings loved Transformers.

More students!!!!!!

The sun pyramid, or maybe the water pyramid, or perhaps the rain pyramid. I don’t know and neither did my tour guide apparently.

Even though I’m not really sure what they call this pyramid today, I got to take a picture in front before I climbed up!

Lights, camera, PARIS. Yes, I will be featured on TV soon…. But until then I’m in a video we shot for deaf inclusion. MAKE DEAF FRIENDS AND INCLUDE THEM, DEAF PEOPLE CAN DO ANYTHING EXCEPT HEAR.

And here I am looking twelve in another art museum.

Pepe!!!

Seen this at a college we visited and instantly loved it. The perfect menu for my life.

Imitating art is as fun as it looks.

Of course, I had to take some nice shots in MEXICO!

Besides the murals painted all over, all streets were filled with vibrant color. Not a boring white building in sight.

Wow, I clearly loved doing this. Mexico City had so many statues everywhere while walking through a central park area. My favorite statues were the little thumb looking things (the picture with that thing on the penny, that’s the thumb guy.)

A vanilla milkshake with a donut, whipped cream, sprinkles, waffle crisp, caramel popcorn, and marshmallow. Safe to say I had a terrible stomach ache after finishing, yes finishing this shake.

Enjoying the aqueduct, originally built for a nun for her love (she still said no.)

Mis amigas favoritas!!!! (My favorite friends)

ELOTE!!! Maíz con mayonesa, chile, y queso. Corn with mayo, chili, and cheese. SOUNDS WEIRD BUT REALLY GOOD TRY IT! This would not be a proper post if I didn’t share my wonderful corn. I was so excited to try this corn because my friends from Chicago talked about it all the time. A few weeks before my trip my dad decided to have us try it ourselves at home, and I loved it. But, it’s nothing like trying it fresh from Mexico. I went to a cart, which is a normal way to get food there, and got this beauty.

They had a thing for spelling cities out in block letters.

This a grand church with a beautiful interior, I had to walk past almost every day but I was glad because of its beauty. Probably the best picture I had taken this entire trip next to the castle church! I think this is postcard photo worthy.
I had such an amazing time here and I obviously have way more pictures than this but it would just be too much. Let me know what you think of this pictures! (If there is anything specific you want me to talk about let me know in the comments. I really don’t know what to say I was there for a month. It was a lot to take in!)
