I’ve officially been in London for two weeks, time seriously flies by. This week for London eats, I had some really good meals. And good news I think my body has finally adjusted to the diet! This week consisted of trying some fast food that we have in America, BUT it tastes so much better.
Bubble Wrap– Making a visit to London’s China Town meant seeing too many restaurants and not knowing what to try. After walking around wide-eyed for twenty minutes, my friends and I walked past a couple eating ice cream out of a waffle cone. We knew we had to try this! I ordered a regular waffle with strawberry cheesecake ice cream. This was the sweetest ice cream I have ever had, and it was tasty and filling.

Burger & lobster– Although this restaurant is also in America, I had never had it before, it was worth the try. Burger and Lobster is more on the pricy side but has a nice variety of burger and seafood options. In an attempt to save a little money, I just tried their burger with its special sauce. This place was good but I’m not sure if I would make another visit, even in the U.S. unless I was getting the lobster.

Harry Ramaden (World Famous fish and chips)– FINALLY, I found some GOOD fish and chips. Technically, this is not London eats because I was in Brighton, England. However, you get the point and I loved this meal, I have to share. I ordered a classic cod fish and chips meal with coleslaw in place of their mashed peas. The fish was cooked perfectly which made the meal much more enjoyable than my last fish and chips tasting.

Nando’s– I knew I’d be back before the trip was over. This time I order 1/4 chicken with medium sauce, peri-salted chips, and their new grains & greens side. Everything was just as good as the last time I went.
