Okay, whoa I feel like I’ve been away from my blog for years. It has been a few months, and I need to go ahead and update you all where I’ve been. For starters, I left this blog off with a post in London. Yikes. I spent my summer in New York, and I actually have a few posts about my internship experience that will be coming. Now let me explain what happened in New York that caused for me to disappear. First the motherboard in my laptop crashed and I did not have a laptop for 2-3 weeks. Bummer right, well it got worse, after I got my laptop fixed a “find my mac” notification appeared. My laptop then locked and I was not able to get it unlocked until some point in late September.
Whew now if you keep up with my socials, you know September was crazy and having my laptop probably would have been amazing. However, I did what I could do without it and added a lot to my instagram to keep everyone in the loop. First in September, I began my 4th year in college, the stress is real. Next, I turned 21!!! Go crazy!!! Go stupid!!! I also joined the Depop college ambassadors team. The most exciting part about September was attending New York Fashion Week SS20, my first NYFW ever!
Now we’re getting deep into October and I’m still gone, why? Well the start of October was my last homecoming as an undergrad, I spent a lot of time preparing and enjoying that moment. Next was my five year anniversary with my high school sweetheart, which was everything. And then I had midterms because college.
Which finally brings us to November, with many days behind us.
With all that being said, I faced many technical difficulties, but there was not a day that I did not mention to someone how “I need to get on my blog ASAP.”
I appreciate all those who wondered where I was and when the NYFW post would drop. She’s coming, very late I know. I’m currently working on incorporating my blog into my school schedule because although it gets difficult, it’s possible.
So she’s a disappearing college student, but she’s back! I cannot wait to share everything I’ve been working on and my many great ideas.
Love,
Paris Atavia
